Returning you order

You can return your order in 14 days after receiving the delivery. The customer pays the shipping costs which are due to returning. If your order remains under 42 euros after returning, also shipping costs of sending will be charged.

All returned products must be unopened, untried, unused and be in original packaging. The returned product must be undamaged and be in completely salable condition for return approval.

All our products have a full 14 day return right, return policy time starts from the day your package was received. We do not accept any returns which are not under the terms of our terms. For returns which do not accord with our terms we charge full cost of postal expenses for receiving and re-posting return back to the client.

If returned product is used or opened against our terms, we have the right to charge the full value of the product with full postal charges.

When returning follow these steps:

1. Inform us about your return via e-mail asiakaspalvelu(at)makeupshop.fi within 14 days. Mention the products you want to return and your order number. Follow our instructions how to return the products.

2. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and you will receive a refund from Klarna by bank transfer or returned products will be refunded in your Klarna invoice.

We will charge 25 euros for all uncollected orders which are not returned according to our return terms. We reserve the right to not deliver orders to clients with history of uncollected orders.

Free gifts

You need to return your free gift also if your order amount remains below the sum which grants you free gift. Free gift should be returned in the same package with rest of the items. Otherwise we will charge the actual cost of the product.

Incorrect or faulty product

If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please notify our customer service about it by e-mail asiakaspalvelu(at)makeupshop.fi without delay, but not later than within 14 days from receiving your order.
