Shipping cost starting from 4,99€

Free delivery on orders over 42€.

Order processing

We deliver your order for transportation typically in 1-3 business days. If ordered product is out of stock or we need additional information regarding your order, we will contact you via e-mail. If for some reason we have longer delivery time, we inform about it separately on our website.

If your order is small, it will be autimatically delivered by post to your post address. If not, your order will be sent to you by the delivery method you have chosen.

Order confirmation

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. After receiving your order confirmation, please check it.

If you have not received your order confirmation by e-mail, please contact our customer service asiakaspalvelu(at)makeupshop.fi

Order cancellation

If you want to cancel your recent order, please promptly contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu(at)makeupshop.fi. Please notice that already sent order is impossible to cancel.

We will charge 25 euros for all uncollected orders which are not returned according to our return terms. We reserve the right to not deliver orders to clients with history of uncollected orders.

Please notice

Customer is resposible for informing us all needed information for successfull order delivery. Please type your address information, phone number and e-mail address correctly. If customer informes us incorrect address or name information and because of that the order remains undelivered and/or will be returned back to MakeUpShop.fi, we will charge shipping and return fee in total from customer. Also there will be added extra handling fee (12€ / order).
